This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed on this website and which rights you have.
2. General information on data processing
Personal data is collected and used only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as its content and services.
Processing generally takes place only with consent or on the basis of a legal ground under Art. 6 GDPR.
3. Hosting (AWS)
This website is hosted by me on Amazon Web Services (AWS). In the course of delivery, server logs (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) may be processed for security and stability purposes.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation).
Depending on the selected AWS region, processing may take place in the EU or in third countries. Where required, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
4. Server log files
When this website is accessed, the following data may be processed temporarily: IP address date and time of the request requested URL HTTP status code amount of data transferred referrer and user agent
This data is processed solely to ensure operation and is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
5. Contact by email
If you contact me by email at hello@mario.company, the data you provide (in particular email address and message content) will be processed to respond to your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Retention period: until your request has been fully processed; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
6. Appointment booking (Calendly)
On the contact page you can book an introductory call via a link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Clicking the link redirects you to Calendly. Calendly’s privacy policy also applies there.
When using Calendly, Calendly processes your IP address, browser information, and the data entered in the booking form.
Legal basis for the redirect: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in simple appointment scheduling). Processing by Calendly is governed by Calendly’s own information and legal bases.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
On the published website, we do not use tracking, marketing, or analytics cookies. No tools such as Google Analytics are used, and no comparable technologies are used for reach measurement or profiling.
If you follow a link to external services such as Calendly, those providers may set their own cookies. Their privacy policies apply there.
8. Fonts
This website uses the fonts Space Grotesk and Space Mono in a self-hosted setup. There is no connection to Google Fonts and no data is transferred to third parties for fonts.
